Terms of Service

These Terms, referred to herein as the 'Agreement', are established and in effect. The Agreement is mutually acknowledged and accepted by the involved parties: an individual, group, or entity referred to as the 'User', and Life Guru, a subsidiary of Breeo Solutions Pvt Ltd (formerly known as Breeo Gourmet Pvt. Ltd.), hereafter collectively referred to as 'The Organisation’.

1. PROFILE

1.1 The User agrees to upload a recent profile picture for identification, with changes only possible via a formal request to the Organisation.

1.2 The User may not use their profile picture and user name on other online platforms during the term of this Agreement. Violation will result in profile deactivation and a Rs. 21000 penalty.

1.3 The User agrees to use a specific display name provided by the Organisation and not to disclose their personal identity on the profile.

1.4 The User agrees not to disclose their real name, full name, or alias to any customer. All communication must use the Organisation-provided display name.

2. USER ACCOUNT DELETION

Users can permanently delete their LifeGuru account by writing an email to LifeGuru customer care email ID support@lifeguru.app or by sending a WhatsApp message from their registered mobile number on our official support number +91 70195 35956 . Also, in the email mention the mobile number associated with the account you would like to delete. After receiving complete information, the user's account will be deleted within 3 working days.

3. GRANT OF RIGHTS

3.1 By creating a profile, the User grants the Organisation an exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, perform, transmit, display any part of the User’s profile and/or incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.

3.2 The Organisation has the right to display the User's profile online and offline, use it in marketing, promotional, or branding activities and permit vendors, partners, contractors to do the same.

4. COMPETITION AND NON-DISCLOSURE

4.1 The User agrees not to work/deliver services on competitor platforms, use the display name and profile picture on personal social media handles and websites, or anywhere on the internet. Violation will result in profile deactivation.

4.2 The User agrees not to open a similar platform for a period of 5 years from the cessation of the User's profile/relation with the Organisation.

4.3 The User agrees not to share sensitive/personal data from consultations with any user/consultant/internal members of the Organisation's platform.

4.4 The User is prohibited from sharing internal policies, information about the Organisation's services, and details of earnings from the Organisation with any user/consultant/internal members of the Organisation's platform.

5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

5.1 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka.

6. CONDUCT AND PROFESSIONALISM

6.1 The User agrees to treat customers in a cordial manner, maintain a high standard of professionalism, and refrain from engaging in any behaviour that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable on/through the Organisation.

6.2 The User agrees not to promote any other platform/competitors providing similar services to the Organisation while using the platform.

6.3 The User agrees not to charge for a free service being imparted and not to ask the customer to deposit any amount in their personal account for services rendered through the Organisation.

6.4 The User agrees not to impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, any other Astrologer registered on the Organisation, guide, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent affiliation with a person or entity or other portals.

7. RESTRICTIONS ON ADVICE

7.1 The Organisation prohibits advice on sensitive issues which may lead to uninformed decisions being made by the customer.

8. FINANCIAL TERMS

8.1 It is agreed that of the amount paid by the customer for consultation, 60% shall be retained by the Organisation and 40% shall be deposited in the User's provided account details.

8.2 The Organisation will roll out additional incentives and bonuses in line with business objectives from time to time.

8.3 The User agrees that the pricing can be increased or decreased up to 10% after a gap of 90 days from the date of joining or from the last price updated on the User's profile.

9. TERM AND TERMINATION

9.1 After the User's profile has been made live and upon the termination of this Agreement, the Organisation reserves the right to display the User's profile on the Organisation for a continuous period of 3 (three) years if the profile has not been deactivated/removed for violation of any terms and conditions.

9.2 The User agrees not to use the exact same display name and profile picture for a period of 3 years from the date of termination of this contract.

9.3 Any violation of this Agreement will result in the immediate termination of the User's profile and may result in legal action.

9.4 The company reserves the right to deactivate the user's profile, without prior notice, in the event of a material breach of the contract.

10. GENERAL TERMS

10.1 These terms and conditions, together with our privacy policy and any other additional terms and conditions posted on our platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organisation.

10.2 If any provision of these Terms is, or is found to be, invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to be valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms is intended to, or shall be deemed to, establish any partnership or joint venture between the parties, constitute any party the agent of the other party, or authorise any party to make or enter into any commitments for or on behalf of the other party.

10.4 Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing any obligation under this Agreement that is due to a Force Majeure event.

10.5 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organisation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the platform from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this agreement by you or your use and access of the platform.

10.6 Violation of any of these policies can result in a fine ranging from INR 2000 to 45000.
